IAAF competition rules

Brian Roe, Athletics Australia Honorary Technical Officer and member of the IAAF Technical Committee has provided information on the interpretation of the new rules.Many changes were made to the IAAF Technical Rules at the 2007 Congress. Some further changes have since been made with immediate effect, ie as from 1 May 2008.
