Reigning Olympic and world 400m champion Jeremy Wariner will compete at Saturday night's Sydney Athletics Grand Prix.
It's the American's first trip Down Under, confirming Australia as an important part of his preparations for the Olympic Games in Beijing.
Wariner's appearance headlines an evening of 23 exciting events, featuring some of Australia's best athletes including Tamsyn Lewis, Bronwyn Thompson and Matt Shirvington and international stars led by Caribbean sprinters Mike Frater, Darrel Brown and Sherone Simpson.
Nominations have now closed for this event. Athletics Australia will contact those who are selected to compete.
