SBS confirms updated World Championships program

Good news! With the World Championships in our time zone, Australia can expect live, prime time athletics action across nine consecutive evenings.

SBS, the Australian athletics network, will be broadcasting all of the finals plus live coverage of the marathons and walks.

Between now and the World Championships, however, SBS will continue to televise the popular ‘World of Athletics’ every Sunday from 2pm.

On Sunday, August 5, a one-hour special on the IAAF World Youth Championships will be shown from 11am with ‘Best of the A-Series’ scheduled for Sunday, August 19 from 11am.
