2010 Workshop
This DVD contains the sessions from the 2010 National Throws Workshop - Putting it Out There. The workshop focuses on Shot Put and includes a Master Class from Scott Martin, together with Dale Stevenson featuring Rotary Shot Put. International Guests are Klaus Bartonietz, who delivers 3 sessions on training theory and practice and Don Babbitt, Coach of multiple World Champion - Reese Hoffa.
