The rain has finally eased in Assen, giving the track and field team a chance to dry out after the heavy rain yesterday. It was another good day for the team with Australia clinching the gold medal in the men's 4x400m relay and a silver in the men's discus at the at the IPC World Championships.

Australian athletes have had another good day in Assen with gold medals going to Heath Francis in the men�s (T46) 200m, Lisa Macintosh in the women�s (T37) 100m and Tim Sullivan in the men�s (T38) 200m. Other medal winners were Christine Wolf who won a bronze in the women�s (T42) 100m and Evan O�Hanlon who also won bronze in the men�s (T38) 200m.
