Making its much-anticipated debut on Wednesday, June 6,
The Fitness Show is a weekly 30-minute radio show hosted by Melbourne-based exercise scientist Craig Harper and featuring regular guests and contributions from athletes, coaches and professionals within the industry.
Topics discussed will include diet and nutrition, preparation, strength training, strategy and tactics in sport, overcoming injuries, psychology and supplements.
