Athletics Australia Tribunal 

The tribunals of Athletics Australia are established pursuant to clause 5 of the By-Laws and comprise the Appeals Tribunal, Doping Control Tribunal and the Selection Appeals Tribunal.

The Doping Control Tribunal considers all alleged breaches of the Anti-Doping By-Law and the Selection Appeals Tribunal considers all appeals regarding the selection or non-selection of an athlete by a Selection Committee.

The By-Laws set out the procedures and composition of each tribunal.
