Athletics Australia’s strategic plan is to provide focus for the sport of track and field.

The national development program aims to provide all Australians with the opportunity to participate in and enjoy athletics at a level to which the athlete is comfortable.

The development program consists of the following key focus areas:

* School participation
* Club development
* Indigenous and remote and rural

Please see the further information section below for more details on each of these key areas of development.
