Hunter Valley Winery Running Festival

This unique running festival offers the full package of running, tourism and lifestyle experiences. With a number of team and individual options there is something for everyone in this beautiful part of the world.  Register your children in the kids marathon commencing in May and concluding on event day!

 The Herald Winery 10.7 km Run
This race will start at 9am. The course will follow the main 21km loop and continue through Audrey Wilkinson Winery. It will then return via McDonalds Road and finish on the oval.

Pacific Smiles Dental Kids Marathon
A late but exciting addition to the festival is the Pacific Smiles Dental Kids Marathon Hunter. This exciting event will see kids from all over the Hunter and Central Coast complete the last 2.195m of a marathon that they will start in late May. Kids will run 5km per week for 8 weeks and then finish their marathon on race day. This event is part of a number of races happening around Australia. Thanks to Hunter Valley Gardens, our Kids will get to run through the famous Story Book Gardens. What a great experience.

 People Fusion 6.25km Run and Winery Wander (run/walk)
This event will start at 10am with the runners going off first. For walkers who are not in a hurry there will be an opportunity to check out the cellar door.

Teams
For 2 person relay teams both competitors will start with the Half Marathon competitors and their times will be added together to find the fastest team. The 4 person teams will start with the 10.7km event will have their times added together. This will make the distance just over the Marathon distance.
