In the second of her updates, Riley Day checks in following a week spent in Melbourne with National Junior Sprints Coach, Paul Pearce.

Day also spent time at Lakeside Stadium, the same venue where she raced against Usain Bolt just last year at Nitro, with Celeste Mucci, Jesse Andrews and last year’s Australian Under-20 100m champion, Christine Byrne.
