ACT Performance Coordinator
The ACT Performance Coordinator will form effective relationships to maintain effective day-to-day coordination of the ACT Athletics Performance Program and deliver the ACT Local Target Talent Program (LTTP).
This position will ensure that AIS campus tenancy and ACTAS program and facility requirements are met, well facilitate the planning and delivery of NASS athlete visits and AA camps and will provide support to AIS based employed/contracted coaches.
This role reports to the Head of High Performance Systems.

Human Resources Manager
Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will be responsible for day to day HR management. Key duties include implementation of HR strategy, development of HR policies and procedures (including child safeguarding policies) and other general HR duties.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build effective working relationships, both within and outside the organisation.
Ideal candidates will have relevant tertiary qualifications. You will possess strong HR experience with a knowledge of child safeguarding as a desirable asset (or at least the skills to learn very quickly). You will possess a 'hands on' and detailed approach, whilst having the ability to see the bigger picture. Strong computer literacy is also required.

Paralympic Program Manager
Reporting to the Head of High Performance Systems, the Paralympic Program Manager plays a pivotal role in Athletics Australia’s High Performance program.The Paralympic Program Manager will lead the Athletics Australia Paralympic Program providing direction and coordination of the athletes and coaches, and play the pivotal role in the development and implementation of strategies to achieve sustainable success for Australian para-athletics. This position, within the High Performance department, must work in close collaboration with the National Institute Network (NIN) and the Australian Paralympic Committee (APC).
