Human Resources Manager
Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will be responsible for day to day HR management. Key duties include implementation of HR strategy, development of HR policies and procedures (including child safeguarding policies) and other general HR duties.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build effective working relationships, both within and outside the organisation.
Ideal candidates will have relevant tertiary qualifications. You will possess strong HR experience with a knowledge of child safeguarding as a desirable asset (or at least the skills to learn very quickly). You will possess a 'hands on' and detailed approach, whilst having the ability to see the bigger picture. Strong computer literacy is also required.
