Integrity is more than a word in Australian athletics. It’s how we move forward, together.
Throughout November, Australian Athletics is recognising Athletics Integrity Month, shining a light on the values that underpin our sport, in fairness, respect, safety and trust. From club volunteers to coaches, officials, administrators and athletes, everyone has a role to play in building a culture where doing the right thing comes first.
This month, we’re inviting the Australian athletics community to ‘Aim Up’ – a message that reflects our shared commitment to raising the bar, doing the right thing and standing for the values that define Australian athletics.
Across November, Australian Athletics will host a series of free webinars open to the entire Australian athletics community. Two sessions will run each week, one on Monday lunch time and another on Wednesday evening, covering practical topics designed for club administrators, Member Associations, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
The program will explore key areas such as:
All sessions will be recorded, giving everyone the opportunity to learn in their own time.
A major highlight will also be the launch of Australian Athletics’ Complaint Management Guide, a practical, easy-to-use resource designed to support clubs, Member Associations and officials in managing complaints effectively and fairly.
Integrity Month is designed to spark conversation and connection across all corners of the athletics community. It’s not about finger pointing but progress, awareness and pride in the standards that make our sport strong.
When we all Aim Up, our sport moves forward.
