Performance Wellbeing Hub

At Australian Athletics, we believe that wellbeing is the foundation of performance. Guided by our High-Performance Strategy and the AIS Win Well philosophy, our commitment is to ensure athletes, coaches, and staff not only perform at their best in the sporting arena but also thrive as people. Taking a holistic approach to wellbeing allows those in the high performance system to learn, thrive, and contribute to community during their time in sport, and in life beyond the track and field.

The Wellbeing Hub provides practical tools, information, and access to support networks designed to help navigate the demands of high performance. By creating safe, inclusive, and sustainable environments, we are building a culture where health, balance, and personal growth go hand in hand with excellence in the green and gold.
