Athletics Australia has today confirmed Life First as an Official Partner, working together to keep Australians healthier for longer.

Committed to preventative health, Life First offer personalised, leading edge health assessments and management, working with their clients to understand their health, prevent disease and support a healthy and happy life.

“Athletics in Australia is committed to improving health and wellbeing of Australians through their involvement in walking, running, jumping and throwing, and that’s why our partnership with Life First, a leading health assessment and management provider, is a great outcome,” Phil Jones, the Athletics Australia Chief Executive Officer, said.

“Together we can strive to influence the ways in which athletes approach their preparation, providing them with a one-stop health shop that contributes to their success.”

Life First’s professional team of Doctors, Exercise Physiologists, Health Coaches and Nutritionists work together to provide a comprehensive assessment of one’s health status based on age and gender.

This assessment allows them to influence the lifestyles of their clients, keeping them healthier and more active for longer.

“Life First is proud to be in partnership with Athletics Australia and supporting all Australians to lead healthier lifestyles through movement, education and the early detection of illness.” John Hall, Life First Chief Executive Office, said.

Life First is supported by parent company Executive Health Solutions, specialists in corporate health, with the organisation an Official Partner of both Athletics Australia and Coles Nitro Athletics Melbourne.
