Bio

I have been coaching for over 30 years under my Business Name of Spectrum Sports Sciences. Over this period I have worked with National Senior Champions as well as All Schools National Champions. Apart from Athletics I have qualifications in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Psychology and Team Building. Having worked with the Newcastle Knights, Newcastle Jets, Hunter Sports High and many Schools to assist in both Human Movement and all facets of athletics. I believe in my philosophy of trying to assist the athlete to be a better person will enhance their athletic performance. I endeavour to correct relevant areas of movement before improving their performance in their chosen sport.
