Level 4 High Performance Coach in Middle- and Long-Distance running. Further Distance coaching credentials include the newly introduced Level 3 Lydiard Foundation accreditation system delivered by 4-time Olympian Lorraine Moller in USA and Colin Lancaster in UK.
Started my coaching career about 20 years ago until the mentorship of Olympian and National Head Coach 1988-1993, Tony Benson. I have enjoyed a career coaching talented juniors and seniors from recreation to national level and gold medal, for distances from 800m to Marathon.
