Bio
Director/Coach at Athletics Edge Track Club (Since 2006)
Track & Field coaching is my passion. I began with coaching, managing and delivering events for Little Athletics Queensland (LAQ) centres. This led to managing LAQ state teams and delivering coach education courses and centre development courses for them.
I became involved as a coach educator with the Australian Track & Field Coaches Association and delivered ITC, Level 2 & Level 3 courses for LAQ and QA. I have managed state teams for LAQ and Queensland Athletics at a national level.
I have worked with private schools including BGGS, Somerville House, SPLC, St Johns Anglican College and others to successfully lead and mange their teams in the QGSSSA & TAS competitions.
I have coached many state and national champions and athletes to international standard, including Deaflympics and IAAF World Championships. Those athletes have also set many records during the time.
I am happy to coach all athletes from beginner to masters and those at an international level.
