I am currently one of the head coaches of the Adelaide Harriers Athletics Club in Adelaide, South Australia. I take group training at the club and offer individual training sessions and programming that can be delivered in person or online.

My training group consists of male and female runners of widely varying ability and age - not 'elite' athletes (although some members of the group have stood on world podiums more times than most people have shoes!) Being a middle/long distance runner on both road and trail, I have the experience to share for these formats but also train a range of athletes for track-based competition.

I deliver personalised training programs to reach any running goal and I specialise in producing interval programs that are based on current research into maximising running training outcomes to improve the ability to run well in middle and long distance races.

Club Group Training is included in membership. Individual Training is POA based on needs, but adheres to the Athletics Australia suggested fee structure.
