Photographers and Content creators:

Media accreditation does not automatically grant the right to field of play (FOP) access. Due to the popularity of the meet, it will be at Athletics Australia's discretion which photographers will receive FOP access, with traditional media outlets and stakeholders as the priority.

Content creators will be permitted to film but will not have FOP access. They will be issued with accreditation on the basis that they are reporting as an independent content creator for editorial purposes only.

Content creators must not produce or use any kind of moving images to sell, lend or otherwise grant any rights in relation to any content produced, to third-party publications or commercial entities. If you are engaged as a contributor to any third-party outlets or entities, you must arrange for those third parties to agree to use the images (moving or still) for editorial purposes only and they must not be passed on to other brands or entities.

While independent content creators with commercial affiliations are not accredited by default, those accredited by our partners, such as PUMA or Chemist Warehouse, serve as notable exceptions.

Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in accreditation being cancelled immediately, for that meet and any subsequent meets held by Athletics Australia.
