Dallas O'Brien - Chief Executive Officer
With the Board of Athletics Australia, sets the overall vision and strategic direction for Athletics Australia and athletics in Australia. Responsible for the implementation of the business strategy and the overall management of the organisation.
Eric Hollingsworth - High Performance Manager
Leads Australia's high performance system, including institutes of sport and academies, to ensure quality teams represent Australia and achieve medal targets at international competition.
Dion Russell - Chairman of Selectors
The Chairperson of Selectors is responsible for the development of selection criterias for all Athletics Australia International Teams and the selection of those Teams. The Chairperson of Selectors is the spokesperson for Athletics Australia in relation to selection criteria and resultant selections with the media and other interested parties.
Andrew Faichney - Paralympic Preparation Program
Responsible for ensuring the development of young athletes with a disability and the continued involvement of established athletes with a disability, to provide Australia with quality athletes for international competition.
Andrew Matthews - Manager, Competitions
Responsible for all matters relating to competitions and the development of the sport. For competitions, this includes the Australian Athletics Tour, Australian Championships and other domestic and international competitions. For development this includes Team Athletics, Running Australia, schools and other initiatives.
Tim Klar - Manager, National Participation
Responsible for all matters relating to athletics paticipation, including National Participation Plan and management of relationships with ASC, state associations and additional stakeholders. Departmental responsibility for national coaching accreditation and education systems, indigenous and disability athlete programs, recreational running and Joint Venture between Athletics Australia and Little Athletics Australia.
Marc Howard - Manager, Communications & Marketing
Responsible for all matters relating to Media, Communications and Marketing. Key contact for Sponsorship, On-Line, Broadcasting, Licensing and all other commercial matters.
